- Discipline and processing appeals for aggrieved members
- Training and development.
Conditions of Service and Industrial Relations
Mr. M. Sande
The department is headed by a General Manager and is responsible for:
- Industrial relations
- Creating conditions of service for the Health Service
- Determining salary policy and salary scales
- Conducting salary reviews and salary surveys.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Mr A. Mbengwa
The department is headed by the General Manager and is responsible for:
- Develop and implement all encompassing M&E Plan
- Monitor and evaluate HRH operations
- Carry out periodic HRH audits
- Monitor the operations and conduct of the Health Worker
Finance & Administration
The department is headed by a General Manager and is responsible for:
- Implementing financial policies in terms of the Audit and Exchequer Act (Chapter 22:03)
- Formulation and implementation of resource mobilisation strategies for the Health sector
- Establishing an affective internal control system that promptly responds to both Internal and External Audit queries and observations
- Preparing annual financial statements and monthly management accounts
- Preparing budget estimates and monitor all accounting functions to ensure that correct procedures are adhered to and deadlines are met
