Discipline Unit

The unit is headed by a Deputy General Manager.
The units key responsibility areas include:
Processing appeals relating to misconduct cases and grievances submitted by health workers to the Commission for its determination.
Undertaking research and rendering technical advice to health institutions on matters of discipline and coordinating disciplinary proceedings where the Commission is the disciplinary authority.
