Performance Improvement and Development (PID)
- The department is headed by General Manager Dr B. Nkala
- The department's key responsibilty areas include:
- Design and coordinate appropriate training & capacity development programs for the Health Workforce. Performance Management
- Plan, Design and coordinate the scope of performance and quality service improvement programs for the health sector
- Support the Health Service Commission Strategic Planning process and coordinate the implementation of IRBM framework.
- Manpower Development
- Effective management of Health Workforce Learning & Development programs and manage the development of essential skills for the delivery of health services.
