Monitoring and Evaluation
- The department is headed by General Manager Monitoring and Evaluation
- It has the following responsibilites:
- Monitor the implementation of Human Resources for Health policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Evaluate institutional adherence to Health Service Commission policies and guidelines;
- Monitor the work attendance and work performance of health workers at Public Health Institutions;
- Monitor the implementation of the Human Resources for Health Retention Scheme;
- Ensure adherence and compliance with Health Service Commission and other partners stipulated policies and procedures in implementing the Retention Schemes.
- Provide evidence-based information to support strengthening of Human Resources for Health Systems, policies and procedures.
