Following the successful conclusion of the Job Evaluation exercise for the Public Health Sector, and the outcome drafting of the Health Service job descriptions, one of the key planned deliverables is the development of HSC and MoHCC Principal procedures. The Health Service Commission is now developing the HSC and the MoHCC Principal Procedures on Appointment, Performance, Advancement, Regrading, Transfer, Promotion, and Training of Health Workforce. The procedures provide a structured and transparent framework for administering the talent management processes within the healthcare sector.
