The unit is headed by Deputy General Manager.
- It has the following responsibilites:
 - Promoting the identity and corporate image of the Health Service Commission (HSC).
 - Developing and planning the public relations or communications strategy for the HSC.
 - Designing, preparing and managing all HSC publications.
 - Media Relations strategy for monitoring, analysis and networking Internal and external communication with the Commission’s publics.
 - Planning and organizing the Commission’s exhibitions.
 - Advising the Commission on Public Relations issues.
 - Coordinating, managing and organizing the HSC’s events.
 - Content creation and publication.
 - Communications, advocacy and brand management
