HSC Commissioners and Secretary joined senior government officials in Kadoma for a two-day Induction Workshop focusing on strengthening governance and service delivery. Discussions covered performance contracts, strategies for improved efficiency, managing performance for sustainable development, and the role of Fiscus in MDAs planning and budgeting. The workshop also explored Vision 2030 in the context of TSP, NDS1 & NDS2, devolution and decentralization for inclusive growth, and procurement best practices. This is a significant step towards a more accountable, efficient, and results-driven public service.
