The Health Service Commission (HSC) has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence by securing the Silver Prize in the Health Category at the 2025 Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF). The award was presented during a ceremony held at the ZITF grounds in Bulawayo, marking a significant milestone for the Commission in its ongoing efforts to promote healthcare delivery and institutional development in Zimbabwe.

This year’s ZITF, themed “Industrialization: Crafting an Integrated Economic Landscape”, attracted hundreds of exhibitors from various sectors, both local and international. Among them, the Health Service Commission stood out for its dynamic and engaging exhibition that highlighted key achievements, technological advancements, and ongoing reforms in Zimbabwe’s public health sector.

The HSC’s booth showcased a variety of interactive displays, including digital tools used in health service delivery, capacity-building initiatives for healthcare workers, and strategic partnerships that are enhancing healthcare accessibility across the country. The presentation impressed the adjudicators, who praised the Commission for its innovative approach to public engagement and transparency.
