Chitungwiza General Hospital celebrated a milestone achievement as 820 students graduated at a colourful event. Among the graduates were 9 Clinical officers, 92 Midwives, 395 Registered General Nurses and 324 Medical Laboratory Technicians. The graduation ceremony was attended by various distinguished guests including the Deputy Minister of Health and Child Care Sleiman Kwidini, Commissioners from the Health Service Commission Commissioner Dr Edward Makondo, Commissioner Josephine Mwakutuya and General Manager for Conditions of Services and Industrial Relations Michael Sande.
The presence of other esteemed guests further emphasized the commitment of the healthcare sector in supporting and recognizing the contributions of health workers.
Deputy Minister of Health and Child Care who officiated at the ceremony commended the graduates for their hard work and dedication, urging them to continue providing high-quality care to patients and serving as advocates for their professions.
